I am naturally a very skinny dude but I don’t desire getting super big, having energy and being healthy are the most important to me. I have a gold gym membership, but unfortunately they do not have a swimming pool, which I would be happy to do. But there are other various machines like the elliptical that is easier on the joints than running and they have cycles which I do not normally use. This book helps me to look forward to the gym more now as there are so many options that I haven’t been incorporating before. When i got this book, i was not disappointed because it helped find a good new technique especially in cross training. I am not applying these techniques and i would say that it is very efficient and effective. It makes everything simple, yet it still keeps it all effective. This is well written, easy to follow, and the terminology was great. What else can you ask for? This was everything I needed, and then some more. Brock Riley is very passionate about fitness and helping others. She has put passion into this book, and I believe that’s why this is so great.
