Easy to use. Plenty of record-keeping space in proper classifications. Excellent way to keep track not just of nutrition and medication intake, but overall health too.

I use my Journal daily. I make notes in it. Every two weeks theres two pages that you fill out about how you are dong, how many inches you lost and your updates. My only complaint is I thought it was smaller in size, so I could just carry it in my purse. Its more like 8 x 10. If you are serious about your weight loss journey it is well worth the money. I belong to a weight loss support group. When I log my food I have a success on the scale,

I like the format but the book is too big. If the journal was smaller and had a spiral binding it would be perfect. As is the size is too cumbersome, too large for carrying in purse or tote.
