After reading this book I have all the key ideas needed to supplement my diet for maximum power. energy has much improved and over all feeling Healthy! Supplements for Athletes really provides all the key, important supplements that will let one push past their own limitations in the gym. I have used some of the info provided and really seeing results in my form and body. Spells out all the supplements you will ever need to Kill IT at the gym! Supplements are key in advancing in high performance sports. There is, however, so much noise it hard to evaluate and decide what supplements are worth the risk and money. “Vitamin and Mineral Supplementation: Advanced User Guide for Endurance and Strength Training” provides and organized view of the most important supplements. It was full of knowledge on the different supplements, wherein details on nutrients were provided for each; thus, helping him achieve and maintain his ideal body structure. I feel the author did a good job providing PROVEN information. This book is written by someone who has experience and useful insights about not only the sports nutrition industry, but the fitness industry in general. Excellent, must have for anyone who wants up to date information on supplements. Easy to use and understand. I learned some real, comprehensive information on supplements of all kinds. Very informative and helpful. Factual and real. A very easy read from start to finish. Enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it.
