Its ok, its like every other book, it tells you why you should do this a million times and then you get to what you want. What you can and can’t do. Its an ok book, at least its cheap. I wouldn’t pay over 5.00 for it if you get free shipping. Its a really small book. Honestly all it is , is no sugar and starches. Its nothing different than all the other diets. 0 |
