50 of 51 people found the following review helpful  No longer exactly what I was looking for, After having iced tea at a restaurant that didn’t offer lemon, I went looking for a product that I could carry in my purse along with my favorite sweetener packs. I found this and immediately ordered it. It’s exactly what I was looking for. It actually contains more fresh, lemony flavor than a lot of lemon wedges I’ve had. It’s so convenient and tasty that I have found many uses for it other than just iced tea. I will be keeping this on hand all of the time. UPDATE: I originally reviewed this in March 2011. Since then I had been buying it by the box of 500 packets. The last box I just ordered in August 2013. I noticed when I started using these new packets that they tasted different. Artificial tasting, too sour and totally lacking the fresh lemon flavor. Upon checking the ingredients I discovered the formula has changed. Malic acid has now been added and is the second ingredient and real lemon further down the list. These taste really awful now and I’m not sure what I’m going to do with the 495 packets I have left in the box! 0 13 of 14 people found the following review helpful  Thirst Quenching/Refreshing & Surprisingly Good!, Tried the lemon & it’s great! Do believe the tangy True-Lemon/True-orange combo will save me from falling back on a soda-addiction. Almost reminds me of the flavor Tang w/no sugar, or fake-sugar – yet it’s surprisingly refreshing + quenches your thirst. I’m hooked & EASILY making the switch. For the 1st time don’t crave soda or a sweet drink. Feels great to feel in control of that! I’ve tried other flavored water products & have never found anything I loved – until True-Lemon. These packets make it super convenient & honestly do taste like the real thing. Stocked up & plan to keep a supply on hand. And keep some in my purse. It’s 1 item I never want to leave home without, or run out of. Seriously stops my soda cravings in their tracks. Next time a craving for a ice-cold refreshing drink strikes – this definitely does the trick. Plus dining out – l no longer have to ask for water with lemon, it’s more sanitary to simply open a packet & voila’! Honestly never thought I would find anything that would help me kick the soda-habit. Just did! I didn’t try the True-Lemon lemonade or Raspberry Lemonade because it has Truvia or stevia in it. Someone that likes stevia may like it. No matter what I’ve tried it in – tastes sickening sweet to me. I thought this was pure lemon in crystal form, but not so. It says 0 sugar…but what is "evaporated cane juice", it’s sugar !!!!!!
