A must read. Protein Shakes are made from combinations of protein-rich sources such as whey, milk, soy, egg, rice and casein. Many of these shakes also contain fruits and vegetables to fuel the body and provide a plethora of nutrients. This book contains 100 recipes to make Protein shakes that will help you build lean muscle mass, shred unwanted fat and provide you with energy to demolish your workouts and get through your daily routine. I really enjoyed the read.
I would recommend this read for any person who wants to enjoy protein shake recipes for better health.

This was a nice and straight recipe guide in order to make your own smoothies. I didn’t had the time to try a lot, but I tried the Yogurt Berry Banana Shake and the Ginger and Papaya Shake. They were delicious and were filled with tons of proteins. What I really like, is that these shakes don’t contain too much sugar or other processed foods. They are very natural and low in calories. When I am too busy to eat a proper breakfast meal, I just blend some basic ingredients to make a killer shake. Nice!

In this book you’ll get a whole new level of taste and a bunch more proteins for each shake you do.
The author added the protein content (in gram) for every shake that he propose.
