Absolutely love this veggie slicer!! So easy to use. So far have used it on various veggies, both hard and soft and they have all worked beautifully. Love making my meals not only delicious but beautiful to look at!! It is a joy making salads, "pastas" and even toppings for sandwhiches!! (Made a delicious, healthy chicken banh mi and the pickled veggies turned out beautiful!) It wows everytime.
However, I am most impressed with how easy it is to clean! Looking forward to making my next dish!

This has become one of my favorite kitchen gadgets! I’ve been putting a lot of emphasis on eating healthy but I just hated the "blah" feeling/taste I experienced when eating vegetables. Then I heard about zucchini "pasta" and it looked like so much fun and delicious! So I decided to get a spiral slicer so that I could easily cut my zucchini into noodles and I love that WonderVeg’s spiral slicer came with 3 different blades so that I could make curly fries (with sweet potato, of course!) and delicious sweet potato chips as well with the ribbon blade!!

Pros:
– this spiral slicer is very easy to use and cuts my vegetables in a matter of a few seconds.
– easy to clean: comes with a cleaning brush that allows me to clean those hard to reach areas, like the holes and blades of the spiral slicer.
– it is also very easy to take apart so it is very portable and convenient as well!
– there are two storage slots at the bottom where I can store the other two blades while I am not using them.
– has 4 suction cups on the bottom so that the spiral slicer slicer doesn’t move around while I am cutting my vegetables!
– I love that it makes cooking healthy fun and easy! I barely have to put any effort into cutting my vegetables!
– the plastic used to make the spiral slicer seems extremely durable and the blades work perfectly as well! I clean my blades right after I use them to make sure that there is no rust and to ensure the durability of my slicer!

Cons:
None that I have experienced so far.

Overall, I love my spiral slicer and get so excited when I buy fruits and veggies because it gives me a chance to use it! Like I said, it has become one of my absolute favorite kitchen gadgets and it makes cutting/slicing vegetables much easier! I would highly recommend this slicer!

Perfect gift from my husband, loved the packaging!, June 2, 2015

I received this WonderVeg Slicer as a gift from my husband and I completely loved it!
The product does wonders with veggies and fruits and I appreciate it especially since we are trying to lose some weight. I have done some zucchini noodles with it, made some sauce and my husband simply did not realize that he is not eating pasta. We are repeating the zoodles pasta sometimes even 3 times a week.
The salads look spectacular, especially when you use the ribbons blade and I have also taken some inspiration from the recipes that are included in the manual. The recipes are simple, easy to make and they come with pictures, so it is particularly easy to go mouth-watering when taking a look at them.
I have done the vegan shawarma that they present in the mini recipe book and it was absolutely lovely. I also added some fried potatoes and it was almost like the meat shawarma. What I discovered is that it works really well for block of cheese.
I will also try the veggie cake they present in the book, just need to buy the mold.
Overall, I am very satisfied by the product and I can use it with all type of veggies, soft or hard. It is a very reliable spiralizer.
The diameter is not really that important; it works well with both small and bigger carrots or potatoes.
You just need the vegetable to have straight ends. This way you can position it on the vegetable holder.
For potatoes, I was a bit apprehensive about pushing the handle very hard, but it seems the plastic is strong enough to handle the big pressure.
I especially loved the packaging, I work in advertising and these guys really worked on the visual graphics. The packaging is really cool and contemporary, the cleaning brush is PIN K – how cool is that? The instruction manual is also pink and inspires high quality.
