Full Menus, for a 17 day diet Cycle. (Kindle Edition) I started writing a review for this book when it first went free back in April. But I never finished it. I have been prompted to post something. I don’t want to spend the time to complete it, so you get it as is. All recipe names are the same as at the source site. Some recipe names have nothing after them: the first one I didn’t find anything, and in the later block I didn’t look for the source, other than using TinEye to look for the image. As always, please don’t reward plagiarists by buying their books. Paleo Diet Cookbook Recipes. Full Menus, for a 17 day diet Cycle. (Kindle Edition) I’ve looked over the cookbook and my first thought was “I can do this”. The recipes are very simple and straight forward. I also like that most of them are pretty quick too. I don’t won’t to spend over an hour on weekdays trying to get a meal on the table. It gives you a list of ingredients for the week and then corresponding recipes to go with the list. Only draw back (at least for me, might be a great point for others) is the recipes are for one, and the grocery lists too. But that’s easily adjusted so no big deal. I’m just beginning my research on the Paleo diet so this book was listed as free at the time I found it. It reads as if it was poorly translated from another language, with poor syntax and confusing descriptions. I’m sure that the author intended to simplify the Paleo diet for a beginner, but I have no idea how this simplifies it, other than possibly offering recipes at the end of the book. I hope that someone else has an easier read of this book than I did. 0 |
