Tastes amazing and you literally feel like you are eating the combination of amazing fresh super foods. Totally worth the price — I won’t eat anything else after I do a workout. 0  I think they taste really great, too (although my wife was less keen), This review is from: PaleoLife Paleo Bars – NO GLUTEN/SOY/DAIRY! (Pack of 16 Large Premium Paleo Bars) – Primal Cocoa-Nut flavor (Health and Beauty) These bars are one of the only bar products – THE only product I can find – that genuinely adheres to Paleo nutrition principles, without including meat (I don’t want meat in a bar, I eat that at meals). The others all slip in loads of sugar one way or another. I think they taste really great, too (although my wife was less keen). They are very filling and satisfying. The only reason for 4 not 5 stars is the price. At around .00 each including shipping these are really pricey. In fairness to the manufacturers, the all-organic ingredients would not come cheap. But I think they could be cheaper and still profitable. If they were cheaper, I’d be eating them every day. I almost never eat a whole bar – half is perfect between meals. I kind of like the taste, chocolate and not too sweet. If you’re used to eating granola bars that taste like Snickers, these aren’t for you. I’ve been using them to fill in between meals for about a year and always have a couple of bars in my briefcase and some in my desk. I was recently on a mission trip in Malawi, Africa and used them for meal replacement almost daily and they were perfect – very filling and satisfy your hunger for a long time. 0 |
